On the other hand, in addition to being a bad player in general, I am a bad musician in particular… I passed by the flute in 6th like everyone, sung Goldman also, and beh not, the music was not my way. Then I listen to it while being admiring.
Sami, newcomer with Glaway and guitarist at his lost hours advised us a concert in Roisin Dubh, that of Andy McKee guitarist known as famous. It was yesterday evening and it was absolutely enormous.
Above all, there was the first part carried out by another guitarist, Clive Barnes. True Irish crooner, with a voice mixing Mark Knopfler and Chris Rea… A treat! Really, the catch put a super environment and really levelled us! If you want to see what that gives, here a video on youtube.
I did not become specialist in Andy McKee in one evening, far from there. It was said to me that it was a large guitarist, then I went to see. However, on paper, a concert of only one guitarist, without voice, songs, one can be dubitative…
One thus sees a thirty year young person bedonnant, slightly dismantled and badly shaven to arrive on scene under the cries of the room (there were fans obviously…). It assied not, it tankard her guitar and starts with something like that (yes, it is him. On the video, it has more barb than of hair):
That is called of Drifting (one said it to me in the evening…). It is absolutely extraordinary to look at, and to listen. With him only, it filled with music a concert hall, giving the impression which 3 musicians are there. And to involve everyone, it makes a beautiful demonstration by taking again Toto - Africa in this way:
And here! This small catch walked us all the evening on its guitar with its hands which panic, of the melodies complex and rythmées in a very cordial atmosphere. The whole in the concert was with 10 euros… Not of what to really deprive itself!!!
