The disappointment of “large”
2 comments for the momentAll and sundry know it, I do not spend time badly to farfouiller by-Ci by there of the music. I listen what leaves on jamendo, I walk on the albums “awaited” of the tenors of the field on deezer or other platforms of listenings.
Of course, I also regale myself with last.fm, which are and remain, my service of listening to music in line favourite
Those which know it can, jamendo or last.fm, it estmoyen quasi unlimited discover new artists, while remaining in the fields which one appreciates.
I discovered lately, radio operator Limbik Frequencies (radio Electro [U] screws) on iTunes which passes much from things sympas. In short, all that makes it possible to revive the ears on new sound and that does not make evil!
However, of the artists already present and are recognized… They please to us to leave some opus… Times, it is well, of the times, it is large, superb, and of the times, at all…
Then here, today, I would like to push my yell against these known artists, even very known who fall asleep on their bay-trees, leaves the creativity on side to leave an album every two years as the house disc required because if not, they are forgotten. I know well that we are in an market economy, but the postulate as what an artist must leave an album the every 18 month can only attach the creativity! If the artist, although talented is emptied of inspiration during 3 years, one will then count 2 turnips on his discography, because Mister of the Recording company wanted to benefit from the rise of the artist…
What déclanche my irritation, it is the listening of two “awaited” albums known as and of my disappointment…
Pfffff, Moby nevertheless! That it is a heavy poid! It is nothing! Play is a monument, and 18 has its detractors but perso, I liked. That remained well in the continuity of Play. But then, all this waiting for this album Last Night… One opens on a quite soft track “Ohh yeah”, which is repetitive, not very mélodieuse and finally well digs in emotions. One continues certainly on a kind of musical voyage, not horrible, but one jumps from one time to another, changing styles while recognizing none. The album is well summarized in the track 257. zeros, the rhythmic ones are those which one would find in any Dance Ejay provided with the magazine of the month and the words do not break bricks.
In short, for me this album is flat…
With a little chauvinism, one will retain surely the track “the same exclusive night” on the French version of the album, where one finds the slamor Abd Al Malik (victory of the music of last year). Frankly, I hope that in concert, Moby will be useful to us better and more original…
Good, I well that the Eighties are again with the mode, but frankly, is this wants well the sorrow to serve again us of heated? One takes few rhythmic Eighties, positions and behaviours which made sell in these same years and one degrades with the great names of the rap/r' B of the moment… For me, it is about an album without creativity, without any melody and which does not make that to confirm the fact that the recording companies order albums with the artists since they are profitable…
Personally, I really liked collaborations of Madonna on these preceding albums, with Mirwais (ex Taxi Girl) in particular, but there I do not hang at all!
Such an amount of Moby left us two or three positive things on its album, but I find of it that there is nothing to draw from Candy Hardware… A small pocket worthy of a designer of low-stage beginning on photoshop, a photograph of Madonna trying to be “provoc'” as at the time and of collaborations more than marketing…
Madonna plants herself, or its Artistic Director plants himself, but in all the case, something does not stick…
Here is the yell of Monday evening! I was disappointed to release 20 euros (in purchase orders offered, OK) on iTunes to have these albums that however I waited!
If you want some for your money, I could only advise you the last album of RJD2: the third hand as well as the album of the Conceited person Freddy' S Drop: based one has true story which is both of the chiefs of work!
