Before arriving at my status, I got a licence of communication, DIU of advanced applications of the Internet and one SHOULD Services and Communications networks.
New technologies are the petrol of my job. But they entremèlent savament high technical nature (where from my of ) but also pointed knowledge of principles governing communication, that it is interpersonal or transmédias.

Implement solutions of systems of information for firms and organisations, cost therefore to bring into service leading-edge technologies of users, but especially to lead the users to use these new tools, and to make them accept.

What of infomation to bring to organisations? What competences does she need? How to make accept the new to the users? How to encourage them to participate in organisationelles problems of the firm? Comment faire accepter les nouveaux aux utilisateurs? Comment les inciter à participer aux problématiques organisationelles de l’entreprise?

All these questions are those which I want to answer in my job.
