Dans différents écrins signés de la “pomme”, vous retrouvez un adaptateur secteur (très bien conçu avec des ergots pour enrouler le cable d’alim), une rallonge pour l’adaptateur, un adaptateur DVI vers VGA, la télécommande permettant de piloter FrontRow (sorte de Media Center Mac), un guide d’utilisateur, les deux DVD de Mac OS X et…Le macbook pro! L’ordinateur est enveloppé dans une petite sacoche fine toute douce, comme un bijou!
Aspect exterieur:
There It is a big big point for Apple. Design is pure, sober, soft, pleasing to the eye Thank you Johnatan Ive! The computer has a very robust, very aluminium aspect. The keyboard is soft, silent in striking (practice during meetings), the trackpad is nice and sensitive. The reader / engraver DVD / cdrom is a small slit in the front in moderation included into the design of the animal. And to finish, they just find above the screen adorable one small square, the integrated iSight (webcam) (1,3 megapixels). Just another small detail (because a mac, it is a multitude of small details which make that It EAST MAC), I find brilliant, the system of closing of the screen! The ergots babies take in automatically in the cockle of the screen not to appear any more roughly as on a PC … L’ordinateur a un aspect très robuste, tout en aluminium. Le clavier est doux, silencieux à la frappe (pratique pendant les réunions), le trackpad est agréable et sensible. Le lecteur/graveur DVD/cdrom est une petite fente à l’avant sobrement intégrée au design de la bête. Et pour finir, on trouve juste au dessus de l’écran un adorable petit carré, l’iSight (Webcam) intégrée (1,3 megapixels). Juste encore un petit détail (car un mac, c’est une multitude de petits détails qui font que C’EST UN MAC), je trouve génial, le système de fermeture de l’écran! Les petits ergots se rentrent automatiquement dans la coque de l’écran pour ne plus apparaître grossièrement comme sur un PC…
The first starting:
Discovered by the world Mac Première approaches, it is nice starting is made in second 35 babies, and hop you are ready to work! Certainly interface is a bit confusing at the beginning, from the world PC, but when they feel like forgetting, and they make a fresh start, the intuitivité of MAC BONE is felt and everything, becomes easy. All applications are very reactive, even the heaviest. I use personally NetBeans and Eclipse regularly and it became nice to work over! Toutes les applications sont très réactives, même les plus lourdes. J’utilise personnellement NetBeans et Eclipse régulièrement et c’est devenu agréable de travailler dessus!
Use:
The computer is very stable and reliable. You have at your disposal a multitude of professional tools by the hard and the soft of the machine: - SMS: Sudden Motion Sensor, it is a system which protects your hard disk in case of fall of the computer. Detectors of movements are dispatchés in the machine and discern all suspicious movement. - MagSafe: novelty on Mac, this system of connection of catch adapter in the computer is magnetic. It allows therefore to work with complete peace of mind, if somebody comes to be taken feet in your cable of alim, your computer will not make a gliding, catch will simply come out (to note that catch in question holds firmly and that she does not leave to any tension) - All data, and general shape of the machine are protected like a system Unix (Mac Os is based on FreeBSD), to know with a password administrator (root). Any modification or consultation by a third without password is then impossible. - Small detail which becomes quickly necessary: The brightness of the screen fits according to external brightness, and if it really makes Your keyboard absolute lights up!!!! - SMS: Sudden Motion Sensor, c’est un système qui protège votre disque dur en cas de chute de l’ordinateur. Des détecteurs de mouvements sont dispatchés dans la machine et détectent tous mouvement suspicieux. - MagSafe: nouveauté sur les Mac, ce système de connexion de la prise adaptateur à l’ordinateur est magnétique. Cela permet donc de travailler en toute tranquillité, si quelqu’un vient à se prendre les pieds dans votre câble d’alim, votre ordinateur ne fera pas un vol plané, la prise s’enlèvera tout simplement (à noter que la prise en question tient solidement et qu’elle ne part pas à n’importe quelle tension) - Toutes les données, et configuration générale de la machine sont protégées à la manière d’un système Unix (Mac Os est basé sur FreeBSD), à savoir avec un mot de passe administrateur (root). Toute modification ou consultation par un tiers sans mot de passe est alors impossible. - Petit détail qui devient vite indispensable: La luminosité de l’écran s’adapte en fonction de la luminosité extérieure, et s’il fait vraiment sombre…Votre clavier s’illumine!!!!
Connectivité:

The ecran:
At the moment, the macook pro is available in screen 15,4 thumbs panoramic pan or else one 17 thumbs. Mine is 15,4 thumbs. The screen is extremely luminous and very nice. I am Engineer Networks and Multimedia, therefore I pass a lot of time behind this slab, and any felt tiredness. I come from a screen 14,1 thumbs therefore change is very nice, it is possible to put full of things over, account becomes a necessary ally (see more low), and films are a culinary delight to look, even in 3-4m at the computer. No worries of persistence or of pixel died on my machine. L’écran est extrêmement lumineux et très agréable. Je suis Ingénieur Réseaux et Multimédia, donc je passe beaucoup de temps derrière cette dalle, et aucune fatigue ressentie. Je viens d’un écran 14,1 pouces donc le changement est très agréable, on peut mettre plein de choses dessus, exposé devient un allié indispensable (voir plus bas), et les films sont un régal à regarder, même à 3-4m de l’ordinateur. Aucun soucis de rémanence ou de pixel mort sur ma machine.
The sound:
Apple sings the praises of the product by saying that it is a true portable numerical studio And very that's true! The quality of sound is fantastic. Much better than on my Dell D610 who was already good. The entrance and the exit sound are of an incredible purity. Any blows volume even in very low. Only two shadows in the picture persist: - The present SpeedStep technology in all Intel Duo Core has (yet at least) implemented in the system of Apple, the feeding of the processor is not therefore managed perfectly, and when the computer "grinds" not much or not, a light hiss above to the left of the keyboard is received. However it is necessary to be in a particularly calm environment to receive it. (VMC of my toilets covers noise currently:p) - the internal microphone : The internal microphone is of very good bill but if fans put on under way during the sound recording, a light buzzing is then felt on the sound recording! It is strange that the engineers of Apple did not think of deporting this microphone other part on the carcass of the animal. You will say to me that to make a good sound recording, it is better to have a true external microphone I grant it to you perfectly. Bien meilleure que sur mon Dell D610 qui était déjà bon. L’entrée et la sortie son sont d’une pureté incroyable. Aucun souffle même à très bas volume. Seule persistent deux ombres au tableau: - La technologie SpeedStep présente dans tous les Intel Duo Core n’a pas (pas encore du moins) été implémentée dans le système d’Apple, l’alimentation du processeur n’est donc pas parfaitement gérée, et lorsque l’ordinateur “mouline” peu ou pas, on perçoit un léger sifflement en haut à gauche du clavier. Cependant il faut se trouver dans un environnement particulièrement calme pour le percevoir.(La VMC de mes toilettes couvre le bruit actuellement :p) - Le micro interne : Le micro interne est d’excellente facture mais si les ventilateurs se mettent en route pendant la prise de son, un léger bourdonnement se fait alors sentir sur la prise de son! Il est étrange que les ingénieurs d’Apple n’ai pas pensé à déporter ce micro autre part sur la carcasse de la bête. Vous me direz que pour faire une bonne prise de son, mieux vaut avoir un vrai micro externe…Je vous l’accorde parfaitement.
Heat:
Ouch, BONE. The macbook pro, even my version which is that of base, is a monster of power! The Duet Core heats up and fans do not turn Result a lot, the cockle aluminium becomes hot, to see very hot underneath during intensive use! Do not make video encoding on knees in swimsuit therefore! In figure, the processor is in 67°C during a strong use, and the external cockle in 40°C about. Personally I work be on my bed or on my office, therefore this heat do not go out (this will be even nice this winter to warm up my hands!) Le Duo Core chauffe et les ventilateurs ne tournent pas beaucoup… Résultat, la coque aluminium devient chaude, voir très chaude dessous lors d’utilisation intensive! Ne pas faire de l’encodage vidéo sur les genoux en maillot de bain donc! En chiffre, le processeur est à 67°C lors d’une forte utilisation, et la coque externe à 40°C environ. Personnellement je travaille sois sur mon lit soit sur mon bureau, donc cette chaleur ne me dérange pas…(ça sera même agréable cet hiver pour réchauffer mes mains!)
Autonomy!!???
Apple does not announce the official autonomy of his macbook pro After my personal formattings of battery, me then announces you of autonomy whom I measured with my uses since full load up to redemption of the computer: - 2 h 04 min by looking at a film on DVD - 2 h 19 min in development Popular dance (netbeans and eclipse both thrown) - 2 h 46 min in basic Internet surfing - 3 h 11 in classical word-processing with all inoperative peripherals of communication (bluetooth and wifi) 2h 19 min en développement Java (netbeans et eclipse lancés tous les deux) - 2h 46 min en surf internet basique - 3h 11 en traitement de texte classique avec tous les périphériques de communication désactivés (bluetooth et wifi)
The system:
Mac BONE, it does not need too much in dialect, it is better to use it! But I am going to announce you my impressions on this system and especially on the key functionality which will not be found on a PC: - Account, this function of the system is fabulous! You put your mouse on a corner of the screen and all your opened fenètres gets organised between them on the screen to be very visible and scoop out you click to extend the one on whom you want to act - iApps: Music, photos, films characters, creation assisted by DVD, creation of sites characters, everything is there. It is simple, relatively flexible and very intelligently conceived. iTunes, iWeb, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD are every included 5 nativement in MAC BONE and perfectly interoperables. It will be just possible to reproach for the restriction which they bring since they want to move away from a conception General public, but it is not their purpose. - The easiness of installation of applications: Finished the time when the programme of installation copied such bookshop in system32, the other driver in inf, filled the base of register! On Mac, application is taken, it is slipped into its file application and hop this walks! - Forehead Row: Also exist on PC But worse made;). Forehead Row is very well included into the system and perfectly supplementary with iApps. - Exposé, cette fonction du système est fabuleuse! Vous mettez votre souris sur un coin de l’écran et toutes vos fenètres ouvertes s’organisent entre elles sur l’écran pour être toutes visible et puise vous cliquez pour agrandir celle sur laquelle vous voulez agir - les iApps: Musique, photos, films persos, création assistée de DVD, création de sites persos, tout est là. C’est simple, relativement souple et très intelligemment conçu. iTunes, iWeb, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD sont toutes les 5 intégrées nativement à Mac OS et sont parfaitement interoperables. On pourra juste reprocher la restriction qu’elles apportent dès lors que l’on veut s’écarter d’une conception Grand Public, mais ce n’est pas leur finalité. - La facilité d’installation des applications: Fini le temps où le programme d’installation copiait telle librairie dans system32, l’autre driver dans inf, remplissait la base de registre! Sur Mac, on prend l’application, on la glisse dans son dossier application et hop ça marche! - Front Row: Existe aussi sur PC…Mais moins bien fait ;). Front Row est très bien intégré au système et parfaitement complémentaire avec les iApps.
Conclusion:
The MacBook Pro is a superb machine, a jewel, a jewel. The passage on architecture Intel therefore perfectly took place. I recommend very strongly this machine and this system to all persons who work on computer a lot, who need a competitive machine and who dare to put price in it (frankly this is widely worth blow!). It is a switch who awfully took place for me and even if I am with an application not carried on MAC BONE, I could dare to put Windows on my mac since it is possible from now on thanks to Boot Camp! Je recommande très fortement cette machine et ce système à toutes les personnes qui travaillent beaucoup sur ordinateur, qui ont besoin d’une machine performante et qui osent y mettre le prix (franchement ça vaut largement le coup!). C’est un switch qui s’est formidablement passé pour moi et si même je me retrouve avec une application non portée sur Mac OS, je pourrais oser mettre Windows sur mon mac puisque c’est possible désormais grâce à Boot Camp!
EDICT May 18th, 2006: Caractèristiques and prices of the range MacBook pro were altered on Tuesday, May 16th because of launching of MacBook (any court). Consequently, seen my very recent purchase, apple reimburses me my first purchase and allows me to do again another order on the new range (substancielle reduction of 150 euro and increase of the speed of the processor in 2Ghz). Very good point then on the suppleness of Service After sale of Apple and the understanding of their commericaux! TO RECOMMEND En conséquence, vue mon achat très récent, apple me rembourse mon premier achat et me permet de refaire une autre commande sur la nouvelle gamme (réduction substancielle de 150 euros et augmentation de la vitesse du processeur à 2Ghz). Excellent point alors sur la souplesse du Service Après vente d’Apple et la compréhension de leurs commericaux! A RECOMMANDER
